Currently sold out, KB2 with Mi’Chelle is small group personal training (only 20 spaces available) which incorporates cardio kickboxing, kickboxing drills with the use of boxing gloves, focus mitts & strike/body pads. The class also includes plyometrics, calisthenics, running, jump rope & core work.
