Small Group Personal Training
Starting July 1st
Do you need person attention to reach your goals? Are you just looking to tone your muscles for a lean physique? Small group personal training will give you personal attention, tone your muscles and show you the importance of proper form.
You will receive 4 sessions in a month, one session per week. There will be no more than 5 people per session.

Tuesday 7pm
Thursday 6pm
Saturday 7:30am
