Ashanti J - Owner

Mental Fitness Expert and founder of 360.Mind.Body.Soul, Ashanti Johnson, created 360MBS in 2010 for those ready for a mental and physical change. This group fitness gym offers 3 fitness floors including a barre, cycle and functional training studio with over by 10 certified fitness Instructors.

Ashanti herself battled weight gain throughout her teens and 20s and noticed a key pattern that her weight gain was a side effect of her stress level & emotionality. Once she began to acknowledge her inner turmoil, connecting her mind to her body and building her spiritual connection, the weight fell off with little effort.

She got certified in 2005 in Group Fitness and Personal Training through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as well as Senior Fitness, Pound and over the years began to teach everything from kickboxing to meditation. She realized through her own story getting fit has as much to do with diet and exercise as self-love and "mental fitness." She began 360 doing mental fitness workshops in addition to fitness classes and meal plans and the results lead to over 50,000 pounds lost in the past 10 years.

Ashanti did a Tedx Talk about the Power of Visualization and how we can manifest our visions through mental fitness. She continues to speak and teach about the mind, body, soul connection online and in person monthly.

Mi'Chelle is certified AFAA Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor. She has been in the fitness world for 12 years. She teaches Cardio Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Cycling, Circuit & Strength Training classes, to name a few. She strives to help people reach their fitness goals by teaching and motivating them to push past their “comfort zone” and change their mindset towards fitness. She takes pride in helping you to become the healthiest, fit & fab YOU! Food for thought: You didn’t gain it overnight, don’t expect to lose it that way…it’s a PROCESS!

Mikyra Toney-James, has been an Illinois state certified teacher and administrator for over 15 years. She has an earned doctorate and is a nationally certified cycle instructor (Madd Dog Athletics Inc.). She has participated in almost 20 full and ½ marathons throughout North America and has trained women and men as a marathon pace group leader since 2008. Realizing that academic achievement and wellness are inseparable, she has designed child-centered nutrition, cooking and fitness curricula to help children acquire healthy habits for the past 10 years. Mikyra is married and has two young children.

LaTonya has been a certified fitness instructor & Personal Trainer for over 5 years specializing in HIIT Boot Camp, Zumba, Art of Exotic Dance, Cardio Kickboxing and Strength Training. After loosing over 140lbs with proper diet and exercise, LaTonya is committed to pushing her clients beyond their limits to achieve maximum results. She is an enthusiastic, hard-core and fierce fitness professional. LaTonya inspires her clients to make total mind and body transformations…. setting new limits one day at a time, to help you with your personal fitness goals one-on-one thru Personal Training.

Nicole - HIIT Strength

Nicole Noland is an ACE certified fitness instructor with over 10 years in the field. Working as a professional dancer and teacher, Nicole entered fitness world by converting traditional dance classes into a “dance fitness” format to service a wider audience. Her dance training, combined with a background in physical therapy provided great client results. Masking the workout in fun, high energy dance moves prompted clients to come back for more. Nicole’s formats include interval and strength training; aquatic cardio, kickboxing and dance. As a personal and athletic trainer, she works with clients of various age groups and abilities. Nicole emphasizes core strengthening, with cardio and bodyweight training. Her philosophy towards fitness is, your body is your instrument, take care of it.
