LaKisha has had a love for fitness for well over 10 years. Over the years she has trained in boxing, kick boxing, cycling, and pilates with various gyms. LaKisha found 360 in the summer of 2012 and fell in love with the mind, body, and soul connection to fitness. In 2013 is when she decided to make the commitment to making health and fitness a lifestyle, not a hobby.
In her classes, expect to be challenged, expect to do some things you’ve never done before, but also expect to feel really good afterwards! LaKisha is passionate about motivating others to be their very best.
