Ashanti J - Owner

Mental Fitness Expert Ashanti Johnson founded 360.Mind.Body.Soul in 2010 for those ready for a mental and physical change. This group fitness gym offers 3 fitness floors, including a barre, cycle, and functional training studio with over ten certified fitness Instructors.

Ashanti herself battled weight gain throughout her teens and 20s, and noticed a key pattern that her weight gain was a side effect of her stress level & emotionality. Once she began to acknowledge her inner turmoil, connecting her mind to her body and building her spiritual connection, the weight fell off with little effort.

She got certified in 2005 in Group Fitness and Personal Training through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as Senior Fitness & Pound. Over the years, she began to teach everything from kickboxing to meditation. She realized through her own story that getting fit has as much to do with diet and exercise as self-love and "mental fitness." She began doing mental fitness workshops in addition to fitness classes and meal plans; the results have led to over 50,000 pounds lost in the past 10 years.

Ashanti did a Tedx Talk about the Power of Visualization and how we can manifest our visions through mental fitness. She continues to speak and teach about the mind, body, soul connection online and in-person monthly.

Michelle Lipscomb - General Manager & Lead Trainer

Mi'Chelle is certified AFAA Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor. She has been in the fitness world for 12 years. She teaches Cardio Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Cycling, Circuit & Strength Training classes, to name a few. She strives to help people reach their fitness goals by teaching and motivating them to push past their “comfort zone” and change their mindset towards fitness. She takes pride in helping you become the healthiest, fit & fab YOU! Food for thought: You didn’t gain it overnight, don’t expect to lose it that way…it’s a PROCESS!

LaTonya has been a certified fitness instructor & Personal Trainer for over 5 years specializing in HIIT Boot Camp, Zumba, Art of Exotic Dance, Cardio Kickboxing and Strength Training. After loosing over 140lbs with proper diet and exercise, LaTonya is committed to pushing her clients beyond their limits to achieve maximum results. She is an enthusiastic, hard-core and fierce fitness professional. LaTonya inspires her clients to make total mind and body transformations…. setting new limits one day at a time, to help you with your personal fitness goals one-on-one thru Personal Training.

Miisha - Cycle & Metafit

Miisha has been on a journey for years but the loss of her Granny made her even more determined to be healthy. Miisha came to 360 in 2014. After being the runner up in the Bikini Challenge, Miisha began coaching challenges. Falling more in love with fitness Miisha became certified in Metafit, Cycle and Tabata, but if you ask, Miisha’s passion is to teach others to find a love or appreciation for running. If you find yourself in one of Miisha’s class not only will you get a workout for your body she will deposit a word of wisdom that will touch your mind and soul. That’s right a class with Miisha will touch your Mind Body and Soul. Miisha is know for her catchy sayings that will make you smile but they help you to make a better decision to help you reach your ultimate goal of returning back to YOU!

Nicole Noland - HIIT Strength, Strong By Zumba, Barre

Nicole Noland is an ACE certified fitness instructor with over 10 years in the field. Working as a professional dancer and teacher, Nicole entered fitness world by converting traditional dance classes into a “dance fitness” format to service a wider audience. Her dance training, combined with a background in physical therapy provided great client results. Masking the workout in fun, high energy dance moves prompted clients to come back for more. Nicole’s formats include interval and strength training; aquatic cardio, kickboxing and dance. As a personal and athletic trainer, she works with clients of various age groups and abilities. Nicole emphasizes core strengthening, with cardio and bodyweight training. Her philosophy towards fitness is, your body is your instrument, take care of it.

Tara Campbell - Zumba, Cycle, Fitness Freestyle

Tara has been working in the health and wellness industry for over eight years. Shadowing her mother as a little girl working out to Jayne Kennedy in the 80’s, is where the love for fitness and a great playlist was born. Tara is a certified Zumba© and Spinning© Instructor. Her clients range from toddlers to the seasoned movement enthusiast. Her love for music and dance is reflected in her song selection and electric energy. Her mission is to see those who she encounters live happy, healthy, whole lives. 

ZARENA LABLANC - SOCA, TOTAL SCULPT

Zarena (Zee) M. Leblanc is a licensed Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing instructor and Life Coach. Trained in West African, Modern, Ballet and Hip Hop dance styles, she uses her dance background in her various fitness formats. Zarena believes health is holistic; positive mental, emotional and physical states encourage an overall healthier lifestyle. She started out as the youngest company dancer with the Restoration Dance Company in New York City where she performed on stages all over the city including Dance Africa. She's taught and taken West African, African and Zumba classes in various cities across the U.S., Ghana, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Spain and China. Since then she has been in numerous dance groups and started teaching dance fitness in the last 10 years.
